Established in 2000, Shenzhen Sanmeng Communication Technology is an ISO 9001:2008-certified supplier of GSM mobile phones to a number of large telecom operators in South America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. They cooperate with us because we have strong techniques supported by leading companies in the industry including TI, MTK, Infineon and Spreadtrum.
We have a Hong Kong office along with five Spanish- and English-speaking sales representatives with over three years working experience to support our shipping. We produce 800,000 pieces monthly with 1,000 workers operating 12 SMT production lines, earning us $8.7 million total sales in 2010.
We have 18 QC staff with two years' experience inspecting our raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products to ensure CE, VIQ and VIC approval as well as a repair rate of one percent. In addition, we source our raw materials from 30 suppliers who have cooperated with us for two years and we also provide one-year product warranty and two percent spare products. Moreover, our clients could repair the mobile phone software by themselves using upgrade software and online updates offered with the goods.
We support OEM/ODM orders and offer customized packages. We invest 25% of sales in R&D yearly, allowing our 40 engineers, five of which from South Korea, with five years' experience to offer over three new products monthly and finish customized samples within 30-45 days.
